Elena Silcock is the Managing Food Editor at Mob. She's also a food writer, chef, recipe developer and food stylist who has worked for various brands including BBC Good Food and Olive Magazine as well as in the kitchens of restaurants in both London and Copenhagen.

 She has also launched her newsletter You Bring The Wine alongside photographer Chloe Hardwick, which features bright, seasonal, delicious recipes that you’ll really want to make, as well as fun, trusted kitchen tips and great product recommendations.

Ellie also released latest book Salads Are More Than Leaves in May 2022 and it’s full of recipes for everyday lunches and dinners, ideas for salad parties and tips on how to make salads a bit more VIP.
